I suggest The White Quee for a spot in 3-C.

I have a fight with Sailor Moon going and it currently seems like the Queen will at least not be killed in that.

Oh. Hey so I know I'm letting you guys figure out which spots D&D goes into, but Ao doesn't have a 4-A key anymore. Feel free to nuke him from the position. D&D now only has a single Tier 4 page and still no Tier 3
 
With speed unequal, Ben Tennyso beats everyone in 10-A until Giorno and maybe Rohan due to the Omnitrix having 32,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000c reactions and Ben's fastest aliens (Basically Alien X) being that fast. I say maybe for Rohan since with Master Control Ben also has thought based transformation, but most of what he turns into would just get booked.
 
Actually, couldnt Aoi just incap Joji? She would null/freeze all his attacks in a way that he cant use his stand anymore, so she could just incap him via skills alone
 
From what I read on the thread of Amane vs Joji he seems to have an avility akin to Yuichi Sakaki's where he can still get beaten down and what not but at the end of the day Beyond would not allow him to lose, that'd just be considered Joji's struggle.

Altough Aoi may actually have a victory condition via simply knowing about Joji's plot manipulation, how it works and it's weakess by reading the scrip of the world. Well that + her familiarity with the workings of plot and tropes that make plot more interesting. She could maybe eventually set up a situation in which Joji would end up losing his self belief as a protagonist.

Well; we still need a Giorno, Rohan (Maybe), and Pucci match.

I think we can all agree that Joji would be incoclusive, since she couldn't override High 2-A plothax, but Joji couldn't kill her either.
