Top 5 Strongest Characters for Every Tier Part 9

I scroll up and I see someone say "summon Mickey Mouse who is rated as possible 3-A" so I made my point. Tier 0-ing is my exaggerations, but I'm talking specifically about these tier 3s and above

No1 seriously said Unagalo has tier 0 summons. I believe the reasoning given was that he can summon hax people like Mickey Mouse and dudes from Fist of the North Star.
That still doesnt' work. The characters reenact their parts.

As in, summoning Mickey will have him go fight heartless or something, while Kenshiro will just look at around and just... walk away.

None of his summons will fight for him, or act out of character.

Why are we assuming that whatever he summons has the same AP as what is on the wiki? They should simply have the AP shown in the manga.
That's literally what I am trying to say by when I said

"There also isn't anything that shows that the characters follow the same power criteria or have performed the feats as they appear on this site especially when there clearly wasn't a 3-A mickey mouse in jojo."

He has feats of his summons explicitly trying to protect him. That's not even what makes him so strong. If you like one of his summons in anyway then you must follow said plot. For instance as your example. If you like Mickey in anyway shape or form you would have to follow him to go fight Darkness and try to kill him at the same time. Or if you are accidently killed by one of his other summons outside of following Mickeys narative then you get EE'ed.

I don't think he takes a spot on the list till someone makes the fight and proves it.

No, the characters only spawn where there is an image of the thing, and they need to actually get you to separate your soul.

And that is assuming that you actually like them.

No, but you saying you have to follow Mickey even if you slightly liked him does imply it.

That's like me saying "X can kill anyone with a tought" while leaving out that the target needs to want to die, and then saying "I never said they didn't need that".

You don't get to decide if you like the character. If you ever liked the character at any point you become apart of their plot as far as I'm aware. It's not really the same thing as activley wanting to. Anyway this argument is silly. Lets stop derailing.

No you don't. You actually need to come in contact with the character. Which means that the character would need to travel from at least new york to Central Park to affect you.

That should be on his profile then tbh. Do you have the scan for that? because his profile indicates he has a planetary range for his abilities.

I'll get it, but the splitting only happened when the character and the fictive thing meet. And even then, each time it took some time, with the portrait/Pinocchio asking who was their favourite.

I might add this to my Ungalo CRT and try get it added to his weaknesses. It's stated in-verse that he has a planetary range. By meet do you mean 'touch'? or do they just have to see each other.

People seem to have missed that Ungalo's limitation is scale. He explicitly cannot summon anything beyond the scale of the earth because fiction does not exist in space. That being said, people saying that the fiction he summons is different from the fiction in the real world completely misses one of the basic assumptions of literary world building. Things should be assuming the same as the real world unless stated or implied otherwise. World building would be impossible otherwise. It being a NLF for him to summon someone incredibly powerful like on a 3-A scale is accounted for within the manga, and it being a NLF for him to summon certain characters is a seperate issue from whether or not he actually summoned all book characters or characters from other fictions

Well, he sure as hell didn't summon any of the *insert world ddevastating* character.

I mean, even Venus was hardly as powerful as a goddes as far as it could be seen.

I don't care about NLF or anything. If he ever summons a tier 0 that shows that it is tier 0 there is nothing to argue. But we can't have him summon a random character, and then with no proof assume that character is as strong as we have them on the wiki.

So like because he's fighting in Central Park/New York, he should therefore be able to summon Real Life characters? that actually sort of makes sense to me. Maybe we should just note on his profile his scale limitations. We should stop derailing and move to my CRT if possible tho.

Don't forget that people, and I'm assuming the environment, aren't effected by stories they don't know or care about. Whether or not someone nuked the planet doesn't matter, because even if, let's say, Frieza would have nuked the earth as part of his story, it doesn't mean the earth or anyone that wasn't a dragon ball fan would have been effected by it.

To be fair, becoming 5-B and summoning a 5-B are 2 compeletly different things.

Especially since for Yhwach it's a different key entirely so he wouldn't quilify as a 6-B anymore.

Vivec is the strongest Low 2-C because he can jump to 1-A on a whim.

I mean, being strongest Low 2-C for having higher D hax is one thing; but being strongest Low 2-C for essentially being higher D (But simply nerfing yourself, for really no reason).

Should that even be allowed for a strongest tier?

You mean every masadaverse character?

And there is a non smurf version of this list, at least I think it's not a dead thread, if you're more interested in that.

Smurfs are allowed no question. Even eventually becoming a higher tier is acceptable.

My question is for a character being in another tier entirely and only being a given tier by nerfing themselves.
