Well then someone that can affect AE type 1 can they Affect NEP Type 2 or even if they are similar we shouldn't compare them since NEP is nonexistent even on a conceptual level.
There is no correlation between them. Both are around the same level, but because you can affect one doesn't mean you can affect the other.

Nyarlathotep is under massive revisions. I'm not sure if he's really viable for this list.

I have heard it before AE type 1 is compare to NEP type 1 because NEP type 1 are abstract as well

This is what I think: from easiest to affect to hardest to affect naturally

Intangibility - Non Corporeal - Abstract Existence Type 1 - NEP Type 1 - NEP Type 2

although just because you can affect NEP Type 1 doesn't mean you can affect Abstract Existence Type 1 also its seems more profiles can affect nonexistent beings easier than Abstract existence type 1 I don't see many profiles that can affect type 1 abstracts

Could characters that affect type 2 nonexistent effect abstract type 1.

Well, yes. Just being able to interact with abstracts doesn't help against Type 2 NEP. Not sure about affecting the latter affecting the former but that's possible.

AE type 1 is not always mean they are concept , they can be rumors , possibilities or embodies of somthing alse

Does atlas can beat him ?
I dont know, Atlas has Immortality (Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9), and Passive Gravity Manipulation, Information Analysis, Extrasensory Perception, Paralysis Inducement, Heat Manipulation, Healing, Attack Reflection, Resurrection, Forcefield Creation, Explosion Manipulation, Statistics Amplification, Technology Manipulation, Supernatural Luck, Animal Manipulation.

resistances: Resistance to the following: Status Effect Inducement, Paralysis Inducement, Poison Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Poison Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Radiation Manipulation, Heat Manipulation, Absolute Zero, Corrosion Inducement, Immunity to Soul Manipulation (By virtue of lacking a soul), Mind Manipulation, Telepathy, Perception Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Dream Manipulation, Morality Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Pain Manipulation (While it is possible to manipulate the Tenno, the Warframes themselves are mindless, as such they possess no thought processes nor any emotions or feelings like fear, pain and the like. The only way to control the Warframes would be through void energy or other methods of Body Puppetry), likely Sleep Manipulation (Due to not being alive they possess no need for sleep).

Check the list again. Yakagi is already #1 in Low 7-C in this thread, unless you actually want to kick Atlas into a fight with him. I'm pretty sure Atlas was suggested for the empty 5th spot.

I thought you weren't allowed to have a character challenge who was at the top without first going through everyone below them on the list?

Sumei has passive Law and power null on 2-A level
also does the powernull affect Immortalities because I know for stuff like regen you need regeneration negation or immortality negation (which link to power null and isn't a page) even if it is on a 2A level

Unless it has feats of doing so I don't think it counts, it's normally listed separate for that reason.

If a character has a bunch of H1A passives i wouldn't have a problem placing them in top 1 of any tier (Gilgamesh being the obvious example) they are in.

if so, then can sumei kill atlas if they were to fight.
I honestly have no idea, but it looks like he could neutralize him in other ways.
If a character has a bunch of H1A passives i wouldn't have a problem placing them in top 1 of any tier (Gilgamesh being the obvious example) they are in.
But otherwise, they're supposed to climb up the ladder right?

I think it might have been because I said "I was just throwing out suggestions also Im pretty sure Atlas (Warframe) takes the spot" when I said this I meant takes the 5th spot from Homura

also, does power nullification automatically negate the character's resistances, or do you need feats of power nulling resistances.

Oblivion do you know about enlil if she can affect NEP2 ? Same for jill

For that we have kinzo that shiki can incon in speed equal since they will just can incap each other in same time (he don't have passive it why) but he #2 and she #5
