then they either lose with speed equal or win with it unequal since it turns this into a slug fest due to endless 9 and disbelief practically canceling out each other but Beatrice of them can get ressed and overwhelm mage but in speed unequal mage pulls a scout and runs circles around her due to immeasurable vs non-immeasurable speed

As far as I remember from Udl's explanations, yeah, TOG is that high because of that statements, the "infinites" there being the Elohim.

Tho now that I think about it, being infinitely stronger than a 1A (or 1A+) won't even make you 1 lvl higher, let infinite lvls.

I recall her being so strong that her simply speaking destroyed 1-A+ structures, but I don't think that, and the title of infinite of infinities is enough for Infinite levels above baseline.

Combine Alovenus hax, with Ruphas resistances, and she might have had a chance.
At the lower tiers, Ruphas has so many abilities, it's hard to say what she will do, but she has good resistances, while Alovenus has good abilities, but doesn't have the resistances to deal with the passive monsters.
