What's your fixation with Nebiros...? He's not the strongest, and iirc W101 is under revisions. It's gonna be a long revision, spanning most if not all the games, cosmology, hax/resist/etc. Just be patient.

We're at the point to where I know the gist of what needs to be revised, but I'm not entirely sure how I should go about presenting it. Used to be that I would gather feats and Zenkai would present them in CRTs or blogs but he's so inactive that I'm starting to do all that myself.
