If we're talking canon personality, Ritsuka Fujimaru for 9-C

As his page says "Easily befriends all the Servants they can summon and many other individuals, even those coming from opposing extremes of morality, earning their love, loyalty, support, and dedication just through their personality and kindness, and has even been shown to befriend enemies mid-encounter."

They are described as "remarkably lacking in biases and prejudices", and manage get a working relationship with even the most evil and devious Servants, who are often surprised by just how well they treat the Servants under their employ regardless of where they come from or who they were in life, or even if they tried to murder the protagonist in previous Singularities and events. They're even willing to fulfill Goetia's final wish of having someone see his last moments in the Final Singularity.

Even in their downtime, they are described as constantly making sure everyone around them is comfortable, and taking the time to get to know each and every Servant under their command on a personal level, with even the most antisocial and/or evil of them coming to view Ritsuka as a good friend who brings out the best in them. Befriended 10 genociders who tricked him into helping them destroy the world and helped them changed for the better, oftentimes saved his enemies from death when he can and often times doesn't kill monsters and only make them incapable of fighting if frenzied or under influence, Helps random passerby whenever he can, refused to throw his enemy into the disassembler who can potentially kill all his friends, befriended and forgave the person who killed him and attempted to kill him multiple times, does not use his strong weapons in character unless necessary to avoid killing his enemies by accident, the sound of his thoughts is beautiful and both brave and serene that doesn't shift even in the heat of battle and threats.

Ok I will explain Touma first he is your average highschool boy who just can't see people in distress. If it means saving someone (it could be anyone someone he knows or some complete stranger) he is more than ready to put his life on the line. He is an avid beliver in the fact that people can change and he himself has caused a lot of people to change. When it comes to saving others this guy won't back down even if it means going against the whole world just to save the person (Othinus) who killed and tried to break his mind continuously by destroying and recreating the universe billions of times.
