Top 5 Nicest Characters for Each Tier

Exactly what the title says, the top nicest characters for each tier

Rules:
  • Must provide feats for their politeness
  • For a character to take the place of an already listed character, the former needs to be agreed to have a better feat
  • The highest tier of a character is counted
  • If the character in question can’t occupy a spot with its highest tier, then the next highest tier of the character may be used. If not even that can be used, then the next highest, and so on, and so on
  • If the highest tier of the character goes through a personality change, wherein the character in question isn’t a nice person anymore, the highest tier in which the character is nice is counted
  • Users can only suggest one character per day (because this is just too much honestly, ima be burnt out)
  • If multiple characters by the same person are suggested a day, only one of those characters are being added, and the others will have to be requested another day
  • A character is not allowed on a tier if he/she is likely or possibly that tier
  • A character is allowed on a tier if he/she is at least or at most that tier
  • If a character is in said tier via a technique, weapon, etc., said character is allowed in the tier, even if their normal AP is lower
  • If a character is in said tier via certain circumstances (e.g. being tier 5-A only when it’s night), said character isn’t allowed on the tier

1. MSPA Reader (An overall nice guy who is even outright described as pretty harmless, troughout the games he is pretty inoffensive and is a Friendship addict, trying to always do good deeds(altough for reasons of frienship mainly), calling friendship as it was a drug or only being motivated by it(technically he was being manipulated but still, even after freeing from that control almost nothing changes). The only few times he did harm he: Has to force himself even when these guys killed a friend he just met minutes ago(And also dying for this very friend he just met after trying to harm the ppl that killed his newly made friend) or because he accidently caused the harm somehow. Or because he think he is helping his friends (aka punching a dog that is also dog in reverse, or teleporting a spider mom into a volcano) When he becomes a 1A he is tired by the overall fate, narrative and what not that is messing with the future of his friends and the future of theirs which causes Homestuck and all the shenanigans that happen there, since he used the retcon he almost undid all that exist in a narrative paradox, to the point that that's what cause him to become a 1A and then actively removes the timeline he caused by using retcon, he then removes it from causation and seal it becoming its protectors, becoming ITS FIRST GUARDIAN. Finally deciding to protect them from their destiny so they can live their lifes. Always trying to help and at the end always helping and in some way, improve the life of the friends he makes. Even some friends of his friends waiting for meeting him because of these characteristics

Despite being an agent of law, he does not blindly follows the orders and prioritaze saving civiles, his teammate/friends and even injured enemies. Despite having cursed arms, he still did his job, saving civiles that other Magic knight wanted to sacrifice in order to beat the enemy, he also denied the offer of sacrificing a friend to lift the cursed of his arms. After having both arms cure, he could have chosen to escape from the Witch Forest who was gonna have a war between 3 sides, instead, he chose to help the witches. He used the same magic that healed his arms to heal two friends he made that were injured in a prior battle, injures that could have ended their respective dreams of being a Idol and a dancer. His presence changed the whole Black Bulls squad so much that despite having -30 stars, they made it to the second position in the Magic Knight squad ranking. He tried every single time he meet the Eye of the Midnight Sun to speak with them and convince them that fighting is not necessary and that both sides can resolve the conflict peacefully to the point that even Raia who can tell when a person is lying and had pure hatred towards humans believed in him)

Basically faced off against an entire country to protect Liliana, because he wanted to help her, a girl who basically was shunned by her parents and treated as a monster by everyone else. Goes out of his way to help, Lefille who was basically being toyed with by the demons, forced to be the only survivor of her country and cursed. When everyone else abandoned her due to her being targeted by demons, he helped her. But he is still a magician, he has no problems hurting others to protect what he cares for, and he arguably went too far with what he did to his childhood friend, he changed himself from being the one she loved to his other friend because in his mind, being involved with him is dangerous, which is true as magicians and other beings who can read and manipulate minds, could get at him through his friends)

Of course with being Felt's knight he has other stuff to do now, but doesn't really change he would help anyone who asked for him, at the same time, he solves his problems with his sword, so he can be seen as brutal. When she stopped talking to him he didn't carry on attempting but instead respected her wishes. Was still nice to Dio after he kicked his Dog. Didn't Kill Speedwagon because he had a family at home. One of the Only Joestars to take down his Parts villain partly due to non-personal reasons and just did it because it was the right thing. Caught Erina despite his Arm being Broken. Took in a stray dog (albeit after he threw rocks at it). Turned Bruford Human again before killing him. Forgave Dio despite all the horrible things he did. Killed Dio for the sake of the world and Father Despite Dio being his (adopted) Brother. Protected Erina till the very end even outrunning an explosion for her with metal impaling him. Told Erina to protected a Baby (Lisa Lisa) giving up the chance to die together with her. Was the one Holding back DIO's power in Part 3 (it was implied In the anime) which would make sense at DIO could use his Stand which you would need a soul for. 1. Wander (Wander over Yonder) [Very much an actual pacifist, his creed is "Never hurts to help", and indeed he and his partner Sylvia go around helping out people, planets worth of them, throughout space. Not to mention, multiple episodes have been dedicated to his helpful nature:
"The Nice Guy" focuses on how Wander's overbearing politeness complicates the simple task of buying Sylvia a drink at a refueling station while she waits outside.
"The Good Deed" is about his constant good deeds backfiring & having negative consequences.
"The Helper" has him trying to find people to help, all day, but no one needs his help, and it drives him nuts]

Although Unknown isn't listed, I do feel that Wander should be eligible.

"The Helper" has him trying to find people to help, all day, but no one needs his help, & it drives him nuts.

It could be argued that "The Pet" also showcases his benign-ness; Stranded on an inactive spacecraft & separated, Sylvia learns of a monster that killed the whole crew. Meanwhile, Wander tries (& fails) to tame it, unfailingly treating it kindly, despite its repeated & incessant attempts to kill him (& I think Sylvia.) as well.

(There's also some feats on his profile.)

The dude is, often, just too well-meaning for his own good.

Papyrus for 9-B.

Not only is he one of the most pacifistic characters aside from Pacifist Route Frisk, never even trying to kill you even if you're a genocidal maniac, but he will continue believing in the player even as he's reduced to a skull and evaporating into dust.

It'll get overtaken instantly but Gardevoir for high 7-A. They care about their trainer so much they are willing to give up their life. It carries powers and characteristics over from its pre-evolitions which means it senses positive and warm emotions and stays by the person with them, heck it even powers it up.

Kirby (Anime) for low 6-B

The irony is that most if not all Tier 0 have things Omniscience and Omnipresence or the likes and still don't much for reality; so, it is kind of hard to say they would necessarily be nice rather than like neutral.

If the nicest tier 0 is an asshole, then it could still count. If none of them are nice, it’d just be a list of who’s the least mean

yog-sothoth for a spot in tier 0
only tier 0 that will possibly acknowledge your existence
not sure about the unsong guy or the twin peaks guys
anu just dont care
and azathoth just sits there doing whatever azathoth does

Depends what nice means here, for example Reinhard van Astrea is willing to help anyone, with no reward. The guy basically has no hobbies, he spends all his time patrolling the area, looking to help others, and he goes along with whatever the world decides, despite being op, if he was against, the entire world which he could win, he would surrender, and would have no problems if the world decided who he marries.

Of course with being Felt's knight he has other stuff to do now, but doesn't really change he would help anyone who asked for him, at the same time, he solves his problems with his sword, so he can be seen as brutal. Though he does this to those who are evil.

Yakagi Suimei comes off as being cold, but it's a front really, he goes to extreme lengths to help those who are suffering, cause his entire goal is saving everyone in the multiverse, and because his mother died, he has a deep attachment to helping the weak. Basically faced off against an entire country to protect Liliana, because he wanted to help her, a girl who basically was shunned by her parents and treated as a monster by everyone else.

the leviathan (unwritten) for top spot in high 1-A because if big guy likes you, you can become a high 1-A smurf
gazef stronoff for a spot in tier 9-A because the dudes a respectable chad who wont hesitate to give up his own life to save his country
pig god for a place in low 7-B because he is one of the only heros in the S class that will actually help others
darkshine for a place in 7-B for the same reasons as pig god (dude even wanted to let garou go even knowing what he did)
all might for 7-B for always wanting to help and bring Pease to the world (I AM HERE)
mumen rider for a place in 9-B. dudes got no powers and yet still tried to save people from blood thirsty monsters he know he cant beat
undyne for a spot in 9-B for wanting to save her people even if it means dying for it
i got more ima list later

Dr. Gii for 10-B, he is a travelling doctor who spends all day walking around healing others for no pay. This is to the point where Gii is basically anemic, and doesn't even eat that much.

He basically can't bare to watch something die, and refuses to kill humans or anything that looks like a human, preferring to just incapacitate them rather than outright kill them.

To put this into perspective, Ati Custos who he spent like 7 years with, and loved, had her unendurable present multiplied by Lemure Lemure, she basically became a monster, and Gii had no choice but to steal her present, thus erasing all the memories she had of Gii.

Naturally he was angry, but instead of killing Lemure, he planned to just revert him to before he gained his powers, except Lemure and his power are one in the same so doing that unintentionally "killed" him, Gii was distraught, despite his rage, he never intended to kill him.

Kerkan wanted to kill Gii to achieve his goal of killing everyone, not to mention the fact he has killed people Gii knows, but instead of killing Kerkan, he just took his power away.

MSPAReader for first spot in 1A and whatever in 9B: He is an overall nice guy who is even outright described as pretty harmless, troughout the games he is pretty inoffensive and is a Friendship addict, trying to always do good deeds(altough for reasons of frienship mainly), calling friendship as it was a drug or only being motivated by it(technically he was being manipulated but still, even after freeing from that control almost nothing changes).

The only few times he did harm he:
Has to force himself even when these guys killed a friend he just met minutes ago(And also dying for this very friend he just met after trying to harm the ppl that killed his newly made friend)
or
because he accidently caused the harm somehow.
Or because he think he is helping his friends(aka punching a dog that is also dog in reverse, or teleporting a spider mom into a volcano)

When he becomes a 1A he is tired by the overall fate, narrative and what not that is messing with the future of his friends and the future of theirs which causes Homestuck and all the shenanigans that happen there, since he used the retcon he almost undid all that exist in a narrative paradox, to the point that that's what cause him to become a 1A and then actively removes the timeline he caused by using retcon, he then removes it from causation and seal it becoming its protectors, becoming
ITS FIRST GUARDIAN.
Finally deciding to protect them from their destiny so they can live their lifes.

Always trying to help and at the end always helping and in some way, improve the life of the friends he makes. Even some friends of his friends waiting for meeting him because of these characteristics.

Superman for 5-A and 4-B, Superman has never killed an enemy that can be reasoned with, with the exception of those who are themselves beasts of epic level of destruction (like Doomsday), he is pure and tries to help everyone as he can, portrayed as the concept of good and right in a literary sense if we count the thought robot.

Robert E. O. Speedwagon

this guy for a spot in 9-B, dudes the embodiment of chad and helped the jostars in jojo for ages
Eh. After his turn maybe but even then.

But if we talking JoJo.

Jonathan is nice as ****, strives to be a true gentleman, tried to forgive Dio after everything he did which included forcefully kissing his girlfriend and beating her (Though Jonathan slapped his ass for that, he still forgave him), actively making the whole community go against him, burning his ******* dog alive, beating on him and actively trying to ruin Jonathan's life in every possible way, even after they had a brawl and a time skip where it ends with Dio murdering his ******* father, burning down his house, murdering innocents and trying to kill him, killed hundreds and tried to rule the world, Jonathan still felt pity and didn't want to do what he had to do to Dio. He never truly hated Dio despite Dio being a huge ******* psychotic asshole that Jonathan should have ******* purged from the face of the planet and spat on his grave.
Jonathan also even as a kid, tried to help whenever he could, he even would go into fights knowing he'd get the shit kicked out of him in, because it'd help someone else not take the beating instead.

I'd also argue Koichi is quite nice (Koichi canonically can't bring himself to truly hate anyone and even his past enemies come to admire him due to his desire to do good and be selfless even at his own expense, one lad even shed a tear in response even though said lad guilted koichi, made him think he killed a cat, extorted money from him, tried to frame him and even tried to kill his family).

I doubt either make the list for the tier they in but for placeholders they could work.

Though, Golden Age Supes needs to be on here, maybe Batman too (the none brooding asshole with a heart of gold one. The campy golden age one).
Literally all they do is help everyone they possibly can at all times to a stupidly baffling extent.

Please give this same reason, without the use of curse words lol

Also, new rule. Users cannot submit more than one character a day. That way I won’t get burnt out doing this, and will be willing to keep doing this

Leafy for High 7-C and High 4-C

She is known to be loyal, calm, kind and helpful to others and would do anything it takes for everyone to appreciate her, and even when she knows she is making mistakes, she would be willing to fix them, especially relationships, even if it means she would lose

This would fit more in the varies section, but counted

Kurokami Medaka for 5-C
She dedicated her entire student life to trying to help people with pretty much any worry or issue they might face, no matter how trivial. Despite her exceptional nature, she tries to treat everyone as equals and fit in among her peers while helping them grow. She even has developed a series of “trump cards” that were all designed to help people open up and improve their lives. She then goes on as an adult to work as chairwoman of the school so she can continue helping people.
