Top 15 Strongest Characters for Every Tier

In the 8-C list:
The only question is whether or not she beats the WH40k assassins. If yes, she gets #1. If not, then she gets #2.
- The Spiders should be yeeted from the #1 spot since SCP is being purged from the wiki, so the WH40k assassins should take their spot.
- Storm should be either #2 or #1 (with the assassins being either right above or below her).
- She has Low 1-A hax potency with magic, which includes Type 1 CM, Type 2 Info Hax, Causality and Space-Time Manip, and so on.
- She's also a high-tier sorceress so she has 1 layer of all the hax of basic magic
- She can go up to High 1-B, Likely High 1-A (and it doesn't boost her Striking Strength so it's usable/
- With magic she can boost her speed from hypersonic to MFTL+, which is at minimum a speed multiplier in the hundreds of millions.
- She has Low 1-A hax potency with magic, which includes Type 1 CM, Type 2 Info Hax, Causality and Space-Time Manip, and so on.
The only question is whether or not she beats the WH40k assassins. If yes, she gets #1. If not, then she gets #2.

The Culexus will probably be able to affect her if we don't use the upper end of her stats
The problem is that, the only trick of the Culexus aside from screwing up your mind/soul is their null power that is related to supernatural but the rest of Storm's powers which are related to her mutation will remain intact.

No, it's only Low 1-A (via resisting mind hax from Xavier), so I guess she gets #2 while the Culexus get the top 8-C spot.
Also, this means that Mister Fantastic should be removed from the 8-C list.

This guy in just his first key has much of the same low 1-A magic hax that Doctor Doom has (and the powers of basic magic, like Type 1 CM, are layered for him too since he's a high-tier sorcerer just like Doom), along with demon physiology (which gives him Immortality type 2 [low-godly], immortality type 3/mid-high regen, immortality type 6, and incorporeality), demonic magic (void manipulation, bfr, dimensional travel with High 1-B range), and other nifty powers. Oh, and he can use Sealing on beings as powerful as Dormammu himself.
Of course, Doom also has his own nifty powers (plus better resistances), so he can stay and just share a spot.
- 5-B: Put this guy in the same spot as Doom so they share the #3 ranking on the 5-B list.
- 3-C: Replace Odin with Daimon, when comparing their 3-C selves it's clear that Daimon has better magic due to being a High Tier Sorcerer with Demonic Magic & Demon Physiology, while Odin just has basic magic, so Daimon Hellstrom has 1 layer of basic magic hax (Type 1 CM, causality manip, space-time manip, and so on) while Odin's magic is baseline.
- So Doom and Hellstrom would share the 3-C spot as well.

Ultima's Tiering revisions have concluded, so only a few 6-D people are gonna make the 1-C list. Also while we're at it. Characters from Granblue Fantasy for a spot in 1-C for being 7-D

With the Tiering System finally being revised, Tier 0 character are all equally strong, right? So go we have to go back to "Tier 0 fights are inapplicable?"

Essentially High 1-A is going to be the new Tier 0. A lot of verses that were ludicrously high into Tier 0 are going to be ludicrously high into High 1-A instead.
I don't know if High 1-A+'s can fight each other though. I mean if they do, it's going to come down to who has the best hax, and abilities.

It was agreed that the assassins beat Storm via their mind hax surpassing what Storm can resist, so with the Spiders gone the Assassins should be #1 with Storm at #2. Also, Mister Fantastic should be cut from the 8-C list due to Storm being added.

I know it's a tiny thing but they're the only two 5-B Marvel characters with that level of magic hax.
