It depends. Some CRTs take a long time to make and plan but get concluded easily in a day or a few weeks.

Just make a fight between him and Yang to see who wins, it would be much easier for me as the OP.
He'll definitely incon with both the Gurren Lagaan and Will of the Honkai given his NEP and Acausality but can he beat them with any of this abilities?
