Du Tian has layered passive soul/mind crush, power nullification and fear aura. He also has layered deconstruction, curse manipulation, reality warping and can seal others and summon black holes.

Dunno if that's enough for Arnie Voldemort tho.

depends anos soul/mind is in his source/concept. So you need to interact with type 1 AE to mess with him mind or soul,

The guy still has feats for killing several high rankers of Zahad army before he ascended to X axis. That still Qualifies enough. Especially we already have Enryu Second rank as Multi Continental.

It’s not the same. Phantaminum is stated to be able to end the Tower, that’s something no one else in the Tower can even come close to doing. We have no idea how powerful he is. Especially considering he’s an Axis. He could be supremely higher than High 6-A for all we know.

That's why atleast rating exists. Him scaling above high 6A means he will scale to Atleast High 6A. Or even higher. Unknown rating is given to character with no proper calculation or feats.
 
Characters from Ergenverse for 2nd High 4-C. Nearly two dozen layered passive soul/mind crush and power nullification as well as multi-layered reality warping, curse manipulation, deconstruction, black hole creation, time manipulation, law manipulation, existence erasure, sealing etc. Not to mention resistance to all of the above as well as Low-Godly regeneration in the case of Bai Xiaochun.

Perhaps a “Unknown, At Least High 6-A” would make sense. The fact of the matter is that we really don’t know anything about him and have zero on screen feats for him. Only statements. To say that he caps off at High 6-A is tremendously premature because we have never seen the scale in which an Axis fight at, also considering that he’s within the top 5 Axis ever means the gap between him and the rest of the Tower is ABSURDLY wide.

since 9D DMC is getting removed for the time being, he might be number 7. Oma zio would be number 6 and so on

but if it isn't, then he might be number 8

actually Lucifer wont even be on the list, since the presence is stronger than him
