Medeus and Itsuki are NOT planet level.

Medeus´s plan was to conquer the planet using all the performa on the planet. (aka. human talent)

So, Unknown but not planet at all. (I mean, they could devastate Shibuya in the alternate dimention, but their limits are bogus, Medeus is Country Level buster in the original games, tho)

I could get behind a country level Itsuki. I'll probably look more into the reasoning behind Planet Level Medeus/Itsuki, but i could stick with Country Level Medeus/Itsuki.

Would the lower level Itsuki (And by extension, everyone else at their max) be City Level still (Because some of the boss Mirages are considered City Level or something)? If that level is acceptable, then the max should be city for everyone else aside from Itsuki, right? At the very least, Yashiro should almost certainly scale to or even slightly above this due to easily beating the Fortuna Entertainment group on his own.

Also, a small thing here, but profiles for Tsubasa and Itsuki say "Evil Performas", when it should be "Evil Mirages" instead.

Yes, i suppose someone got confused with the Japanese version.

The only reasoning i can give about City Level TMS#FE is that Shibuya is in "danger".

All the fights pretty nuch only happen om the idolsphere dimention thing.
