To heal a night terror (Litchi Faye-Ling vs Dream Larva)

So as a note, sense for some reason it looks like the Dream Larva profile doesn't mention it, there's a note before his section in the Handbook
Abomination Traits: All abominations are born directly (or inderetly, as in the case of anaxims) from a god and some lesser creature (or idea), but none are favored, wanted, or loved. Still, they all share a tiny spark of deific energy, which grants them the qualities described in Abomination Traits, earlier in this chapter. (Note: If you are using the rules presented in Deties and Demigods, abominations are rank 0 deities.)
Divine Rank 0 isn't a full god or anything, but it still gives the Dream Larva a decent amount of resistances (like a heavy resistance/immunity to non-magical attacks) and some minor stuff.

So as a note the first automatic thing a Dream Larva does is the following
Dream larva are night terrors that escape from dream into the waking world, nightmares made manifest. They have no specific form, but instead are every creature’s worst nightmare—each observer sees a dream larva for the first time as the most fearsome, terrible creature imaginable. To those that survive that squamous vision, dream larvae appear as large humanoid shapes composed of thousands of crawling larval worms. Dream larvae have horns, a cruelly fanged mouth, four arms ending in claws, and four arms tipped with pincers.
This is important since her sole fear resistance feat is the following
Is capable of fighting against Ragna with the Azure, which can inflict soul damage beyond the help of a multiversal entity, and negate any form of Recovery, is also unfazed by his passive fear hax
Ragna's passive fear hax is... making a person shake slightly. Considering the Larva's power just instantly kills you, it looks like the fight starts, she just stares at Dream Larva and just instantly dies. I don't see how this in any other way. At some point she will have to look at it and it will instantly kill her when that happens.

So from the look of it she just stares at Dream Larva and just instantly dies. I don't see how this doesn't end with her instantly dying.
I think I recall the BlazBlue crowd having death manip resistance, I just don't remember where
