Pretty sure you still could have used Pinky Pie or Twilight Sparkle since Danny still has hax that ignores durability and mass aoe but ok. Or you could have just used season 1 8-A Danny since he has Reactive Evolution that took him to 6-C, possibly 4-A to match
Fright Knight, so just use the 4-A cap and Danny's stats would reach Twilight or Pinkie Pie's early in the match to combat them due to his Reactive Evolution buffing him to thier level.
I'm not even going to bother reading the stuff that guys massive list of resistances (I still looked) since it really doesnt matter as Danny doesn't use his hax in this key.
Though Danny should have 4-D hax and resistance since he can somewhat use his powers when hit with Fenton power null tech that completely negated hax that effected the timeline but whatever.
Nezrebe's Advantages
Main Win Conditions
It seems the best and almost only way for Nezrebe to win is to outlast Danny. He has higher endurance and since the Ecto-Skeleton drains Danny when he uses his power to much it wouldn't be an impossible task. Non-Physical Interaction and Regeneration Negation would allow him to bypass Danny's Intangibility and Regeneration but the thing is, Danny doesn't use Intangibility in this key so Nez's NPI wouldn't really need to come up. Nez does have the intelligence advantage which would likely allow him to outfight Danny in hand to hand given the description.
Supporting Abilities
Depending on how it is produced, his acid could be used to melt through the Ecto-Skeleton unless it's easy to dodge. Rage Power would give him a boost, though since Danny has two ways to stat amp it won't be a game changer. Finally, blinding Danny with phlegm could help but it has to get past the Ecto-Skeleton first.
Danny's Advantages
Main Win Conditions
Danny has a minor AP/Durability advantage as he scales above 7.82 Teratons of TNT, while Nez scales to 6.87 Teratons of TNT. However, Danny has an extra way to amplify his power (Rage Power and Ecto Amp). Tie that in with his massive Area of Effect, he could technically dominate with range energy blasts that don't even half to hit Nez directly due to their massive AoE. Danny also has a massive Lifting Strength advantage so even a duplicate that he could create would manhandle Nez.
Supportive Abilities
This Danny doesn't actively use his hax abilities so Nez's resistances won't really be an issue. What Danny does use is ecto shields which are shown capable of blocking attacks from characters superior to him so he can stop Nez's attacks, the only thing his shields can't due is reflect them because Nez's 4-D resistances.
My Vote
I'm going to say Danny wins (at least for now).
He has overall superior statistics with the acception of intelligence, however, there is only so much Nez can do if Danny decides to fly up and just nuke the area with his massive Area of Effect. Danny will eventually win since he'll hit harder and yes, while he has to worry
about stamina, Danny only needed to stop for a moment to let the Ecto-Skeleton charge back up so he won't go down to fast especially since Nez won't be able pressure him with superior power (like Pariah) or numbers (like Pariah's soldiers).
