Durability Negation, Power Nullification, Reality Warping, Probability Manipulation, Quantum Manipulation and Law Manipulation With Divine Providence (As long as he can't imagine something it cannot materialize. This gives Akabane Immortality, the ability to Nullify Powers and the inability to lose, though not to the extent of Ban Midou. His powers work on the same principles as Quantum Uncertainty and as such, if he doesn't believe in something then it won't exist and if he does, then it would definitely happen)WeeklyBattles said:

Nah, Eternum Nocturne is nocturne from an alternate universe. All the same powers and then some plus better feats. LoL has a lot of Alt universe versions of their characters that are like this

Yeah but Noc has passive mindhax. So he can't imagine not being affected by Noc if Noc Passively Shuts down his mind at the beginning of the battle.

The average person has 1 nightmare per year (Though this isnt counting children who average much higher)
Average life expectancy is 78
Without counting the thousands upon thousands of years worth of future nightmares Noc has at his disposal and just counting the current and past ones he has a bare minimum of 8,346,000,000,000 as the yield of his mind hax. And this also isnt factoring in a lot of the shit people on Runeterra have to deal with on a daily basis which would undoubtedly vastly increase that number.

Archiver is just a program that entirely Governs the Virtual World of GetBackers. Kinda like The Architect (The Matrix). Though I'm doubtful on the 4D mind since Archiver was just going to unite and merge all the minds, will, perceptions, emotions, thoughts, dreams of the planet and would Memory wipe them.

Yes but is it 4D or just 3D mindhax? Because if it's 3D then Akabane resists since Archiver has a range of every living being on the planet as their perceptions govern the Quantum state of the Universe. I could even say Archiver has a range of the entire Universe.
