I realized that the Sword of Tengu doesn't have a profile.
And I also realized that the Sword of Tengu wielded by Spinter was destroying the Foot Mystic. This is important because the Foot Mystic are in the planetary range, scaling to the Chi Empowered Turtles. The Turtles were taking blows from the Sword of Tengu by the Utrom Shredder and could survive and defeat him, albeit with said sword. Which would mean the TMNT (alongside Shredder, Splinter, etc) should somewhat scale to the sword, unless it's an outlier. The Sword of Tengu is definitely 5-B tho.
The scaling should go something like this:
Low end 5-A = Tengu Shredder = 4 Turtle Dragons > Chi Empowered Turtles > Foot Mystic > Wind Mystic = Splinter w/ Sword of Tengu = Shredder w/ Sword of Tengu > 4 Turtles.
Basically, the 4Kids TMNT, unless this is an outlier (which it very well could be), should be some level as planetary.
