Going through the old Ninja Turtles on 4kids (Though this may apply to other versions as well, I'd need to see) but there are times when their rage NOTABLY boosts their strength and attack potency.

In this clip, Leonardo goes from getting folded like laundry by Hun to stalemating and then ultimately defeating him when he sees Hun about to kill Raphael. To note, Hun was easily dodging their attacks and no-selling Raphael's punches, but an enraged Leo was able to hurt him with kicks and dodge his blows with ease. He also goes from getting destroyed by the Rat king to easily beating him down once he gets truly enraged

In this clip we see Michaelangelo tapping into his rage goes from being destroyed by Kluh to easily stomping him.

Here, we see Raph, the main user of the Rage boots go from getting stomped by Traximus, a Triceraton (who are physically stronger than the turtles by a good deal) to defeating him and Traximus having to be teleported away from his last strike (the rules of the tournament means that if a blow would injure or kill an opponent, they'd be teleported away before it landed) 5:20-6:26. We see it again in his first fight with Casey Jones. He goes from stalemating a bloodlusted Casey and being sent flying by his strikes to oneshotting him once Raph is enraged.. (9:54-10:30) And finally we see it with Raph twice in Infestation. He goes from getting overpowered by a mutant tick to easily throwing it away and sending another one flying (11:05-11:23) and goes from being sent flying through the air to kicking through a mutant mantis (13:15-13-30).

Donetello, I don't have any scans for yet, but if all three of his brothers have it, he should as well.

Can someone confirm if the other three turtles gain similar boosts in other media from rage? I believe Raphael does, but am unsure about the others

We also see two clear examples in the 2012 series with Leonardo and Raphael in the final Super Shredder fight

Raph goes from being overpowered by Super Shredder and slammed into the ground, (2:03-2:12) to overpowering Super Shredder, slamming him through a wall and bashing his head into a pipe until it dents hard enough to stun/ko him for a few seconds. (2:25-2:40)

Leo in the same fight goes from being unable to harm Shredder with his swords and getting his arm broken (0:45-0:46, 3:20-3:30, 3:43-3:50) to knocking him back and sending him flying with kicks and punches, and cutting his head off when he gets a rage boost (4:11-4:32).

The two of them do more damage in their rage-boosted states than the team does combined in the earlier part of the fight.
