time stop vs time erasure

See both abilities like a film roll that shows a new frame any infinitesimal fraction of second. KC's power basically, cut two ends of the film and remove it, from tye Diavolo's perspective the removed frames happened, but for everyone else, it shipped from t0 to t. Now with Star Platinum, it stop time do something like punching a wall several times, in the roll, one frame has the whole wall, and the very next frame shows a shattered wall.
Now, since KC cut the rolls, wouldn't he be able to remove that part where Jotaro punchs the wall? As the event didn't show in the film (at least, from Diavolo's perspective), Diavolo would be unable to cut it.

He wouldn't be able to see the time stop I don't think, if he erased time while someone stopped it, it'd just look like the forecasts trails would of teleported. If Jotaro stopped time, moved ten feet and punched a wall, the forecasts would show the trails up to where the time stop happened,then it'd cut to Jotaro standing next to the wall and the fragemts of wall trails spontaneously appearing preemptively. And in Epitaph it'd just look like they teleported as well.
Time stop wouldn't cancel out time erase though because time stop still takes place within time, just 0 zero, time erase deletes all time in a span, meaning time stop would get deleted too as it still takes place within time, albeit when it's stopped.

Time Stop is overall more flexible. Time Erasure needs you to counter attack after the skipped time, but in Time Stop you're free to do whatever you want in that timespan.
