Jin-Mu Won has been on a decent journey his one lost to Leonhard doesn't seem to bother him too much with 3 points in hand he looks to shrug off his previous lost as he goes up against the energy powerhouse in Shock Rock, We are deep into the group stages and this match is predominant for both of these fighters.

He is not someone who has ever been exhausted in combat since he has endless energy supply to literally make any energy weapon he wants or imagines and Energy also pulled itself together from all over the rocks so attacking it directly wouldn't stop the regeneration, stone armor on his body is irrelevant as it's for asthetic SR himself is made up of a rare pure form of energy known as omni-energy. (The only energy in the universe that can upgrade Omnitrix designed by Azmuth smarted being in 5 galaxies.) Jin has never encountered such energy from a species who are literally made of it.

Comparing Class K to P is like raindrops to an ocean, So Jin can mind control people SR has very well
resistance:

• Resistance to Mind Control, Hypnosis and Illusion Creation
  Broke free from illusion world of Zombozo by concentrating.
• Defeated High Override and broke free form his mind control (Who was amplified by the entire Fulmini army survived and defeated him while pushing through the amplified attacks.)

All this with Supernatual Willpower on top ! Those are not going to work which leads to Jin needing a way to get past his high regen which so far I can’t really see,
Jin can’t fly either while SR can boost his speed and go well past the Moon in around 30-40 seconds via the Jetpack, SR can literally think and create any weapon he wants to counter Jin which his gimmick, With him lacking a way to permanently finish off SR.
All SR needs to do is point at Jin and crush him with his humungous LS via Telekinesis or use one of the dozens moves mentioned on his profile, SR's killing move is Energy Cage where he permanently incapacitate the enemy by pointing at them sealing them shut.

Yeah the only advantage Jin has is his massive experience, and I doubt the whole making weapon out of thin air is going to do anything, even if they are meant to counter Jin.

Buuuut, he can't bypass High Regen it seems, so there's no way for him to win at all. It's a stomp.

If it's only statements of experience, then it wouldn't really matter much if the opponents he fought had billions of years of experience. It still needs feats to back them up.

Not that it matters anyways, thought based sealing is GG, and Jin doesn't have any wincon.
