Evil Natural Water attacks by firing devastating high-speed jets of water in an instant. They have high penetrating power, able to easily puncture a clean hole through Iaian's katana and pierce Tongara's highly durable armor. Furthermore, it is noted by Iaian that the more water Evil Natural Water absorbs, the stronger its water jets will become.

Evil Natural Water's body is made entirely out of water and has no vulnerable internal organs or weak points to target, thus making it almost impossible to deal physical damage to the creature. Being composed of liquid also makes it immune to chemical attacks.

Evil Natural Water is able to sense and react to hostility towards itself, responding by instantly attacking the hostile entity non-stop. It also possesses an underlying intuition to adapt and modify itself along with its approach to a target. An example of this is absorbing the fuel oil from Sludge Jellyfish for the purpose of bypassing being frozen.

How do you beat this character?

Need scan of it claiming that all of its actions are innate

It’s just like an animal. Animals rely on their instinct often but also have problem solving skills like knowing oil makes it resistant to freezing or looking out for an ocean to get stronger or something.

heck it even has eyes for sight and obviously consciousness.
 
Well, Evil Water seems to have higher Ap so he has the advantage there but the durability is low...and since it's mindless then the AP advantage is kind of a letdown.

Because of the low durability, each attack done by Jin will be devasting but its regeneration will be pretty problematic as Jin's neg goes up to just High-Low but at the same time while Evil Water has the AP advantage our boy has the information analysis and the skills to dodge, counter and attack plus you know having a mind that actually plans things. A good thing is that Jin has pretty devasting air attacks with his sword attacks that reach in hundreds of meters so it could damage + scatter the water...not that it would help much since really high regen.

Sincerely, the Evil Water likely won't touch Jin while he won't be able to put it down cause of the regen but if enough time is given he will likely beat it over a prolonged fight by forcing it to disperse its water...so my take is that either it ends in a drawn or after a long long fight Jin will defeat it by attacking it till it remains without water. Some could say why won't Evil Water fuse with the Ocean...but I don't think the geode planet where they fight has an Ocean...so a Ben 10 supporter should mention if it has.
 
I mean, can't Jin just dodge all of its attacks and disperse it slowly? Jin has analytical prediction that let's him dodge Danmaku and shit while pre timeskip, along with the fact he's pretty darn skilled that he should be able to dodge everything.

Also it seems Evil eye has the ap advantage, but Jin also has one focus, which one shot Jo, whom had attacks that were capable of turning Jin unconscious had it not been for his sword. And that attack has long ass range and is devastating.

Although I just don't see Evil Water even touching Jin.
