Kohaku wields two primitive-looking knives and an orange-colored buckler, the shield her father gifted her as a child. Later, she discards her dual knives in favor of the katana that Kaseki and Senku forged for her and the other warriors. After her shield is repurposed a gear, it is replaced with a metallic one.

While infiltrated at Treasure Island, she was instead equipped with a wireless earpiece (a crystal radio made to look like an earring) and a bladed weapon concealed in the form of a thigh strap.

After being depetrified for the second time, she goes back to using duel wield knives with her shield attached to her back.
