Both of these fighting combat areas are 50 km wide.

the wither skeleton doesn't really have anything to use against ranged attacks, how fast is eye guy?
the skeleton only needs to get a scratch off for the wither effect to take hold, but that might be difficult if eye guy can always get away

Eye Guy can dodge lasers and is know for his athletic jumping (Can jump several meters high), Quickly taking down enemies and leaping into the near by structures as well as surface climb.
