And I thought it would be worth it to see what people think of this idea here. We even came up with some characters on the fly that would fit these tiers.
12-A: Characters who are negative dimensional . Even a zero-dimensional character is countably infinitely above a negative dimensional character. E.g. The Thoughtless Robot, Ordinary Visitor.
12-B: Infinite negative dimensional characters. E.g. The Dying Tribunal.
12-C: Below the concept of dimensions, or Innerversal ("inner" prefex being the opposite of "outer"). The concept of dimensions themselves, is completely transcendent and qualitatively superior to an Innerversal character. Even an infinitely negative dimensional character would be completely beyond comprehension to an Innerversal character. E.g. The Absence (opposite of The Presence).
Tier-13: Boundfully below everything and everyone, has every limitation imaginable and non-imaginable. E.g The-One-Below-All, Htohtaza (yes, that's Azathoth spelled backwards). The only way for Htohtaza to exist is there has to be someone, somewhere dreaming. If by some off chance, everyone in existence is awake, he'll vanish from existence.
