Questions about Tier High 1-A+

Hello, guys. I have a few questions about the both type of characters that make up the tier High 1-A+
Regarding High 1-A+ "type one" characters(the ones who can affect all possibilities but don't embody them):
1. Given that they can affect all possibilities, are they all equal in terms of raw power?
2. Can a character reach this tier despite only being capable of destroy possibilities?

Regarding "type two"(The ones who embody all possibilities):
1. Can there only be one per verse simmilarly to tier 0, or can there be more characters that collectively make up the framework of existence? Like the abstracts of Marvel but on an absolute scale.
2. The concept of Mahapralaya reach this tier and type if despicted correctly? It is not the totatility of existence, but it can dissolve it.
3. Characters who are the vehicle for a tier 0 to create all possibilities, like Azathoth to the supreme archetype, are this type of High 1-A by virtue of having created everything even if they don't embody those possibilities, or are they restricted to type one?

2. Destroying something equivalent to High 1-A+ still counts.
3. There can be multiple High 1-A+ per verse.
4. Not sure.
5. You don't have to embody the possibilities, just have the ability to create, destroy, or effect things on a High 1-A+ scale.

If I am not disturbing you, can you answer my questions?

Are High 1-A+ beings stationary. As in, do they not interact with the lower realms simply because they don't want to?

Also, what type of multiple High 1-A+ can a verse house?

There are no hard-set rules.

Any, whether it be structures or entities. As long as they aren't made out to be superior to one another.

So them battling each other and one winning would be an anti feat? Or can it be explained by it simply being a predetermined fate/script?

They can be 'better' then each other. It would just have to be a matter of skill, hax, intelligence, etc, not raw power.

Uhum. I am sorry for troubling you again, but can a tier 0 (at least an aspect of it) alongside a high 1-A+ character be evil or somewhat carefree?

Personality isn't a limitation on any tier.

I just thought, you know? omniscience — "I know all things in the end are meaningless, so why should I be evil?" Kind of thing. So, a verse can have a crazy God?

It's fiction, a God can act however the author wants, as long as their actual power/existence doesn't violate the restriction of a Tier. No one knows how an omniscient being would actually act.
