No, he don't a way to deal with stamina reduction.

Don't time power users have a RTZ like ability? Anyways I don't really know the full extent of RTZ but on the TP page it states,

user can passively nullify the time that affects the body, instantly undoing any effects that affected them like it never happened,[21] making the user effectively immortal

He can't resist it but wouldn't he just be able to undo those effects everytime stamina reduction is being induced? I did hear dimensional domain is a reoccurring ability but not sure if it applies for all stamina reducing abilities in DBH. I agree with the Zamasu SS point too.

Unbolded ones need evaluation, bolded ones are the actual abilities. Verse is still being fixed. Tbh, I really should just get rid of the unbolded ones next time they're unlocked.

Like, the characters I gonna list that Win against Goku need to be either Tier Low 2-C, Tier 2-C or Low 1-C. I not gonna list Tier above characters in the loss section.

But, If Goku can win against a character who is Tier above Low 1-C, I would list in his win section.

The same apply to Inco.
