Tier 1 & 0 Review Thread

Well, I made a cosmology page for this verse; it´s really simple. One of the dimensions of the multiverse is an infinite 4th-dimensional space and has it´s own time.
Is Dreaming Moon an original YouTube story? If so, then if would preferably be indexed on the Alt Battles Wiki, not FCOC.

It's a YouTube series, but it contains some fan characters such as fanon versions of Slenderman, Jeff the Killer, The Rake, Seed Eater, Zalgo, Jane the Killer and other creepypasta characters

Resubmitting this:

The creator has finally finished, 3 people said it’s good to go but… is it really? Mind reviewing this?

So uhh.. I was asked to put this here for a Tier 1 review.. to “check if this is usable”! So, here is the Cosmology: MC Cosmology

I’m not sure if I’m supposed to add this here but Hopefully I am!

I’ve also read some chapters.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to reject this based on it being partially AI-generated. I can see you've edited and written some of it yourself, but the AI-influence here is obvious.

List of just some blatantly AI-generated lines (Overuse of "it's not x, it's x" sentence structures which are extremely consistent in AI prompts)

The cosmology of Mother Chronicles is a plot-driven multiverse which is built not just on the timelines and dimensions—but on the themes of emotion, memory, and fate.

The Truth of the Universe is not merely a metaphysical law—it is the narrative spine of reality.

At its essence, the Truth of the Universe is not just the rule of reality, it is reality’s recursive conscience.

MagicLand isn’t just a dream or a place, it’s something far more intimate and infinite.

This realm… it’s not memory. It’s what memory becomes when it dreams.

Its threads not only stretch forward—they curve, snap, and reweave themselves in reaction to choices, recollections, and setbacks.

What the detectors think of it (Now these aren't my main source of saying it's AI, since they can often be wrong, but they are supporting evidence):

Not going to argue with you here if you deny it, just know that isn't acceptable for the future. Please don't rely on AI for writing. I believe in your ability to succeed on your own.

Also the Unicode em dashes.
Em dashes are usually the weakest sign of AI, since I know a lot of writers (myself included) love to spam them around because they're snappy and they look nice. But when paired with the overuse of the same parallel sentence structures, the bland groups of some particular 3 things, and the clear differences between the manufactured parts and the parts the user wrote... it definitely becomes more telling, yeah.

It seems we're having a big issue with this nowadays. More and more people submitting AI. So far nobody has really hidden it well (Thankfully), but eventually it's going to get to the point where I can tell but can't prove it—or straight up can't tell at all. Even in this very submission, this person clearly did write some of it themselves. They probably just put it into AI and prompted it to make the text better or something.

The thought is sad to me. People really need to stop replacing themselves with text generators. If you're going to use AI, let it be as a tool for inspiration, not as a replacement for your human ingenuity. Ask it for synonyms, word choice suggests, or maybe just some advice on how you could make the text better yourself. I know some people dislike that too (the whole idea of using AI at all), but it's a far cry from the normal use-case of AI. Don't just let it write the whole excerpt for you and then copy-paste that.

I just use a hyphen and a space- it's still snappy and gets the same idea across, while actually being on the keyboard.

I think I said this before but excessive AI use, ie using it to dictate lore, should be very much frowned upon, particularly with writers just getting off the ground. It's just very frustrating seeing people just skip adversarial, yet important steps as a writer.

After a nearly 40 day review, "The Divine Dilemma" Cosmology has been rejected again. Though it was significantly better than the first go around.

That being said, there were a lot of points where this review dragged on far longer than it should have. Really, it should have been over after a week at most. We're planning on creating a 'time limit' for these reviews from here on out to avoid this happening in the future.

Update Regarding AI:

From here on out, if you're caught using or admit to using a significant amount of Generative-AI (LLM) texts in a cosmology submission, you will be instantly rejected and banned from submitting anything further on this thread for 12 months. On the second-offense, it will warrant a permanent ban from this thread.

We aren't here to review the work of a text bot.

As of now, the only acceptable form of AI-usage in cosmology submissions will be translations. However, you MUST immediately make it clear to us that you used AI for the translation of the cosmology in the submission. We will also ask that you share a copy of your original work, to make sure it hasn't been significantly changed or altered by the LLM. Please be careful with this. Oftentimes, LLMs will completely transform your work rather than just translating it into the English language. As such, I would still recommend that you use a website like DeepL.

If staff consensus is that you are using AI (Based on our observations, detection tools, etc), you can refute the suspicion only by providing some form of version history that shows a natural development of the writing. Otherwise, the decision will be final.

If we are too uncertain or unable to come to a consensus on whether or not something is AI, then the default assumption will be that it is human-made.

That's all.

You should put this in the 1 and 0 rule page

Alright, I fixed something. But, I'm just submitting this sandbox for review because for possible Tier 1 I guess. This is the sandbox.
Just fyi if you hadn’t realized, the Review has begun on discord.

Also, to all who wish to undergo the review process, there is now an official time limit for cosmology reviews. They shall take no longer than 2 weeks. If a review surpasses this time limit, they will be rejected automatically.

Can someone help me with this? I just want to know if I can upload it in FC/OC or I need to upload it in alt battles

To the End of the World cosmology has been accepted for structures and characters up to Low 1-C

Congrats. It has been 192 days (Jan 10) since the last cosmology submitted here was accepted, so it's nice to finally get another one lol.

The Ark Collection’s rewritten cosmology has been accepted.

The scaling of the cosmology as a whole isn’t exactly set in stone, but Phoenks has a pretty good grasp of where it’s at.

Congratulations! It’s a very in depth cosmology yet the review flowed well despite that. I found it quite enjoyable.

Resubmitting!!! Cosmology part is Done(Pretty sure)

Give myself a sec try
MalvusVerse I'm so excited lamo. Used GGT to translation this time

That last note about the translation being in progress, does that mean you still have more to add to this blog?

I must ask you this: you have a character currently on the wiki that is mentioned within this cosmology page. This character is scaled currently to Tier 2, if the cosmology is accepted, will Tier 2 be replaced with Tier 1?

Are you in the FC/OC Discord server? If so, what is your username? If not, please join via the link on the wiki.

Right so, soon I got to make one of these blogs for gaster in friday night dustin since he transcends Error sans n such by a LOT (seeing them only as CD's). I'm not super good at conclusions but I'm sure I can try and get more help from alt battles discord since I got help with error's cosmology. anyways yea I'll see ya soon with a blog.

Edit: It came out and isn't tier 1 lol

Hello, I’d like to submit a profile for review. This is a fan-fictional alternate version of the character, based on the cosmology already accepted on the wiki.

The official cosmology blog already establishes that The Player exists in the “Real World,” transcending the entire structure of the verse (The 3 game universes, Quantum States, and Many-Worlds Multiverse).
  1. [Link to the existing cosmology thread]
  2. [Link to the profile]
  3. [Link to the 2nd profile]
The Profile Justification!:
  • In this alternate continuity, the main character’s prayers allow him to directly channel the power of The Player.
  • Unlike canon, where prayers call upon external characters for help, here prayers summon The Player’s Avatar to empower themself. This grants him access to abilities that transcend the entire cosmology, placing this version of Ness at Low 1-C.
Just some Clarifications…

This profile does not alter canon Ness—it is explicitly labeled as a fan-fictional/alternate-universe version. All cosmology references are grounded in the already-approved cosmology thread/blog. The Player’s transcendence is what gives the justification, not the main character himself in canon, the real word is also said to be above the cosmology. I don’t know what else to say… I was told to show it here. So… yeah..!👍
