He may be a 5D being but he doesn't have the ap/durability to be that tier. He can't even damage his ever-expanding but finite Multiverse, not even in his next Key (Cosmos God - currently he's the first rank of that Realm). At most that it was showed it's Cosmos Gods (rank 3) being able to destroy a part of the Multiverse. Anyway, he's a Higher Dimensional Being but limited by the Supreme Law (the Law of the Multiverse), without that limitation I can't say for sure how strong he would be, because it was never stated.
