Thunder (Pokemon) dodging feats

Given how we consider Thunder true lightning as it comes from the clouds in almost every game, could fans of the games help me find feats of Pokemon dodging it in the anime?

I found a whole list of episodes with Thunder but this is a good one, Pidgeot dodging it in Origins.

I calculated the said feat and recieved Mach 138 which is nice but doesn't this contradict Pidgeot's pokedex entry of it being only Mach 2

This is weird, like I 100% consider it real with rain dance and stuff but is it even possible for lighting strikes to happen IRL without rain clouds?

Ever since...I dunno, gen III? The game has brought in clouds for a second to rain down a lightning bolt.

IIRC, dex feats are only supporting average Pokemon of a species. It shouldnt affect specific ones like Ash's for example.

Not only that, but does the dex feat say or imply "only" Mach 2/

Ok, now that you mention it I vaguely remember it. (I always use Thunderbolt over Thunder, Accuracy>Power)

I see so who does Blue's Pidgeot Scale to in regards to the verse as a whole

It would scale to Origins Red, Pidgeot and Fearow, and possibly Charizard and Jolteon.
