Hasn't Vulkin's lightning been proven to be fake in many prior CRTs due to how these bolts don't behave like actual lightning?

No, the only reason it is not used is because of 8-C iirc
Otherwise it even once got accepted onto the profiles at one point.

So in Undertale we have Vulkins who create clouds and shoot lightings from them, this is supported by these:
- by him saying “Thunder!” right before doing his lightning attacks
- It comes from a cloud
- Undertale having many 9-A to 9-A+ feats and some feats that are even Tier 8-C to 8-B.
- We also know in Undertale Magic are actual elements which is shown to us when Toriel manipulates Fire or Papyrus creates actual Bones.
- Even though I hate whataboutism I also want to say some other verses like Pizza Tower use similar cartoonish clouds to say its real lighting

The thing is, the reason why that feat worked was because the lightning fired was akin to real lightning, being that it was in a streak and coming from a cloud. Vulkin's feat doesn't work because the lightning fired was in omnidirectional minibolts which isn't what lightning is supposed to look like.

Sure sure but this is supposed to be danmaku and we have actual statements of it being lighting by the game itself, its much more concrete proof than theother feat

Vulkin's lightning also comes from a cloud, but the lightning it fires is too unnatural to the point where it can't be real.

It is literally the same shape, Vulkin then support this by saying Thunder which come before Lighting.

My issue here lies on the fact that not only magic is supposed to 1:1 mimic what it supposed to recreate, due to this note:
- Vulkin's electricity and Knight Knight's meteors were accepted as valid due to monster magic being showcased multiple times to be the same as their real counterparts, such as the fire magic from Toriel and Pyrope working as real fire, Sans and Papyrus' bones being actual ones or Mettaton using actual electricity from his core due to him being a robot.
Plus if Toriel can manipulate fire (which shouldn't come as balls after all), what stops Vulkin from being the same?

Alright, so now that 8-B is back to the table, I think this is worth to bring back.
Now Vulkin is 8-B, meaning that he meets the criteria now.
