Both at High 8-C, Comics version for Tombstone
Tombstone has his optional equipment and Helmed Horror has their weakest weapons that are magical alongside a shield

Alright so

Tombstone has a 2x advantage and an LS advantage to boot. So he is overrall physically superior the suit of armor.

However, the Suit of armor has more endurance and more magical weaponry that would induce great pain into the grey dude. Even if Tombstone managed get in some punches,it’s likely the suit will just disregard the damage and keep on fighting.

The shield could just block out any ranger attacks the Tombstone would dish out and the sword would cover the AP gap anyway since bladed weaponry make things easier to cut. Eventually the suit will just wear down and kill Tombstone.

When talking durability vs AP it is actually x3.51111111111 since Tombstone's scales to 7.9 tons there while Helmed Horror is just 2.25 so the gap is way bigger which is why I'm not sure if The Helmed Horror having a blade actually allows him to cover the gap there

Getting cut by either a really painful blade or a blade that gives him a massive speed boost. Making it more difficult to actually grapple when you are kept at a distance with a blade.

It’s high 8-C with weapons or shields regardless. If it wasn’t with a shield that should be mentioned in the profile.

Idk,it just says certain weapons induce pain or grant him a speed boost. For now I’ll likely go with the speed boost for this argument.

It isn’t small,but I remember similar fights where the blade covered roughly around a 4x AP gap. So it’s not impossible.

The AP difference is a fairly big deal, though keep in mind that this is the second key fighting here.

So, we're basically looking at 3x AP vs homing attacks, severe maneuverability advantage, regeneration, and, depending on the sword, whatever advantages may lie there as well. In terms of weakest, while the term is subjective, we're likely looking at the speed amp one, given that it doesn't add to AP in any way whereas the others do.

I think its reasonable to say Battle Horror should take it, given the advantages presented.
