So yeah, this had to be made. I was informed by Frieza force soldier 100 that a Sloth vs Authority match wouldn't be a stomp in the sloth's favor, so.... Yeah. Let's see how this plays out. The only conditions for this are this is the sloth vs 10-C Authority and the fight takes place inside Authority's crystal prison. Without further ado, here are their profiles.:

Sloth's Profile

The Authority's Profile

Who takes this?

Three-Toed Sloth
Authority
Looks more like Authority in his prime, but whatever.

Sloth: 0
Authority: 3 (Stefano4444, Frieza force soldier 100, Ionsiolite)

Inconclusive: 0

Vote The Authority via far better stamina.

Either of them wouldn't be able to kill the other, but only The Authority can keep fight forever via Longevity and Self-Sustenance while the Sloth would eventually die because of exhaustion.

It'd die just from being constipated, so this makes sense.

The Authority also has more range due to his size, and while he is immobile, his arm movement, slow as it is, should still be vastly superior to the sloth's speed as a whole. With some difficulty, he could grab the sloth when it came in range. He might not be able to crush it in his hands due to how weak and fragile he is, and the sloth could free itself by biting/clawing his hand, but given the sloth's pitifully low speed and stamina, it's doubtful it could manage to kill the Authority before it dies of starvation/dehydration. This is especially the case if the Authority were to keep pushing it away every time it got close to attack.

I'm doubting the authority can beat a sloth.

For one, a sloth moves at .24 Kph, since we are using SBA, let's assume the distance is 4KM.

A sloth is slow, but the Authority is basically immobile. The Sloth would have plenty of time to spare crawling up to the Authority with the Authority doing nothing.

Once the Sloth reaches clawing range, it's game over. The sloth claws the authority with its sharp claws which ends him right there and then, the Authority is a basically dead man, something like the sloth scratching it would mean game over for the authority.

Voting for the sloth

You missed the first part of SBA starting distance.: "The characters start as far away from each other as the highest range of the fighters is, but a maximum of 4 kilometers."

Authority's range in his extremely weak state is as far as his arms can reach.

Also, the Authority would not instantly die from a single scratch or bite. He's very weak, but not that weak. He survived being carried and lifted by two people. The reason he turned to dust in the wind is that all angels do that when they get too old. He should have died at least a thousand years ago. The only reason he lived as long as he did is because his crystal prison kept him alive. When he was freed from it, the wind was able to do what it should have done centuries ago. Inside the prison, he should have the physical stats of a decrepit old man on his deathbed.
