Thor is 6.6 kiloFoe, Necrozma is 31.8 Foe. Thor is ~208 times stronger. That's already a big disadvantage for Necrozma (funny thing: before Dark corrected his result, Necrozma was 31.8 kiloFoe and I was considering making this match but give Thor Megingjord to narrow down the gap. Now he is the stronger one AP-wise even at base :p)

Now let's look at their hax:

  • While Prism Armor can reduce damage by 25%, Thor's attack (6.6*0.75 = 4.95 kiloFoe) would still be much higher than Necrozma's dura
  • Moonlight and Morning Sun won't be much help since that gap guarantees a one-shot
  • Charge Beam may be a double-edged sword as it raises Necrozma's SpecAtt at the cost of refreshing Thor
  • Thor being capable of controlling Mjolnir's trajectory and firing multi-directional blasts undermines Mirror Shot
  • Thor's mindhax resistance can render Confusion moot
  • Attacks like Metal Claw, Slash, Rock Blast, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Sunsteel Strike will have problem against Thor's much higher dura. And that's not counting Thor's force-field
  • Beam attacks like Stored Power, Charge Beam, Power Gem, Prismatic Laser and Moongeist Beam will not only have problem getting through Thor's dura and force-field but may even backfire as Thor redirects energy attacks back to his opponents, amplifying it 10 or 100 fold in the process, in character.
  • Gravity is moot, considering Thor can enter centre of stars and resist gravitational pull of a neutron star
  • Thor can also hurt Vision during phasing, so Necrozma's logia light intangibility won't stop him
Overall, unless Cal has something to say, I'd say Thor wins quite handily, considering the gap and resistances he has against Necrozma

I doubt even BFR can do something meaningful. Portals aside, he escaped a pocket universe the Collector threw him in like climbing out of a box
