Mjölnir's nd Ragnarök are restricted for Beatrice. This is Base Thor. Speed is equal. Battle takes place in the aftercredits Shawarma restaurant in New York City.

So Beatrice blitzes, outranges and has access to High 7-A/6-C attacks that she can throw around. Even her normal attacks are far stronger than 385 megatons.

At their starting range, she will use Storm of the Thunder God and one shot.

She can use her NPs as long as they don't breach Tier 7-A.

Can she control lightning without the hammer? Because otherwise Thor can easily outrange if the situation comes to, but I believe that they will start at CQC, which Thor also outskills.

Pin her down with the hammer is also good, but maybe her MS skill would help her with that.

I feel that Magni is horribly restricted, no hammer, no lighting, none of her other abilities. Just her MS skill.
