Thor gets taken to court

I don't believe so. Since hulk physically can one shot things like bears and such. One shot typically is a 7x gap. Meaning he would at least be in the 700,000 to 800,000 (depending if it's like 150,000 or 100,000). And did it pretty casually. And that means Thor is close to 1 million joules to for injuring Hulk and fighting with him.
 
No, that doesn't apply to how we understand the difference in verses. That's how we do rate the difference between characters in a match only.

X did a 1 GigaJoule feat. Y one-shoted him. That means he's >>> X, but not he's 7.5 GigaJoules (7.5x is the settled number for one-shot).
