Technically Saul scales to little less than that.
Phoenix doesn't have a precise number, but he scales to breaking a wrench accidentally, so pretty high I'd say.
"High" as in higher than Saul? I'm just trying to get an idea of the relative AP difference.

Yeah, I don’t see how Phoenix takes this given he’s baseline while Saul has an actual AP value.

I actually recall a couple of times of that, actually. Then again, it's been awhile since I've played the Phoenix Wright games.
 
true. it’s probably higher than denting stainless steel tbh. only problem is that there’s no calc and i don’t even think there’s a scan so it’s technically baseline for now
