The twins individually can one shot him with fusion magic (10x amp).

Sasha merely has to look at him to negate all his stuff as he doesn't resist power null. Even if he did, her eyes would destroy the ability itself try to affect her. Can vape him into atoms, put him to sleep, destroy his mind with a mere glance. Will destroy his very concept which will negate his resurrection.

Misha is less suited for battle but can incap him. Will encase him in ice, can turn him into any ice statue of her choosing (likely a cat), can also reshape his very concept not just his body, can trap him inside ice constructs regardless of AP or LS difference because she instantly recreates it thus negating whatever damage is done to it and for the icing on the cake, her powers become conceptual (type 1), law & fate based with resistance negation by creating a pseudo demon king castle and absorbing power from it.

As multiple members including staff has said already, it wouldn't. You'd need to present evidence of his time rewind affecting something as abstract as a concept or at the very least, his time manipulation would have to be conceptual and at least type 2.
