A High 8-C post new mutations would scale only to Post Mutations Geralt, Dettlaff, Regis and Vilgefortz, I believe

We should make a new key for Geralt

No need for a new key since he can change wich mutation to use. Piercing cold is one of them. Just a High 8-C with Euphoria should work.

Yeah. I am was wrong about "change the mutation", we consider Geralt using all al them at once since that's what a mutation should do, but impossible given game mech (Geralt would be broken af using all of them in gama)

What is the logic behind removing Environmental Destruction? Weather Manipulation being caused by magic doesn't automaticly mean that the mage can shoot a 7-B fireball or laser beam.

The way Quen works in Wild Hunt is that it has low durability but it cancels any damage until it breaks (usually in one hit), and in alternative dome mode it drains Geralt's stamina in proportion to the damage absorbed. So while it has defensive hax, it is not neccessarily at a higher tier.
