Enchanted weapons should give NPI cuz Order of the Flaming Rose knights are able to fight spectres too. Sir Eyck of Denesle and Queen Meve, among others were also able to do it in Thronebreaker.

A new calc by KLOL was accepted by DMUA. It puts base Geralt and everyone else at 1.9446 tons. The scaling from there should be as below

At least Large Building level+, likely far higher: Unseen Elder (Can one shot Blood and Wine Geralt. Far superior to Dettlaff)

Large Building level+: Blood and Wine Geralt, Monster Dettlaff (The multiplier from Euphoria stays the exact same, it just applies to the value from the new calc)

Large Building level: Vilgefortz's physical stats (He upscales from casually overpowering Geralt with a quarterstaff. He also fought Gerlat, Regis, and Yennefer at the same time while holding the advantage), Geralt amped by potions (Superior Thunderbolt increases AP by 35%)

Building level+: Witcher 1-3 Geralt and everyone who scales to him.
