Rounds:

1: Daytime, Speed Unequalized

2: Daytime, Speed Equalized

3: Nighttime, Speed Unequalized

4: Nighttime, Speed Equalized


Rules:

All rounds will be split into 2 seperate divisions: Fair and Full Power

Fair will use Base Raizel, Stardust Crusaders DIO, Post-Tsukihime Arcueid and Base Dracula.

Full Power will have all of them at... well... Full Power...

Last one standing. Win via Death or Incapitation.

No, in Stardust Crusaders, DIO mentions that if he was allowed to heal and drink Joestar blood, his immortal body would allow him to sustain The World's timestop for potentially forever. Jotaro and Diego can only do about 5 second timestop because they're still human, and more than that will harm them. DIO being a vampire bypasses this. The only reason why he didn't have a longer timestop was because he was still healing in Part 3.
