the issue with dio is that i still think that doom will win

doom has no real need for any set up at all while dio does what i mean by this is that doom can just think about using his powers whereas dio needs to touch doom to do anything

doom just thinks about dio dying then he does dio cant nullify being erased if the things he needs ie his arms and hands are also erased

i dont think it matters what type of set up they need its still the same speed given the nature of both infinite and immeasurable the idea of a person needing to touch a person compared to thinking and that making any change makes no sense
