Samus is an extremely haxxed character vs Genesect who while ok in abilities doesn't really have any hax.

But if this isn't considered unfair, then I'm going for Samus via Time Deceleration, Ice Manipulation freezing him from the inside as well, Plasma Beam shredding him from the insides, and Electro Armor making her temporarily invulnerable.

Yeah, Samus's Ice Beam is on a much greater level than what Genesect has resistance to. Especially when she combines it with Wave Beam and Plasma Beam; that practically freezes Genesect to near AZ temperatures from the inside. Plus, Samus is far more tactical and precognition only makes the battle very predictable from her point of view. And yeah, there's all the Aeion abilities such as time slow and electro armor to give her the edge. Life/Energy absorption also makes this easy for her.
