The tiering of Galarian Star Tournament fighters

Low end: At least Large Mountain Level due to all fighters becoming vastly stronger than they were before.

Mid end: Small Country Level due to the scripted, inevitable fact that Hop, your rival and NPC, uses Zamazenta/Zacian, from when he caught it in the postgame.

High end: Multi-Continent Level due to the fact that Victor's Pokémon fought and caught 4 different Regi members during the events of Crown Tundra. This is even being considered because this HAS to happen in order to unlock the Galarian Star Tournament in the first place; the tournament literally cannot be unlocked without completing the story event where you catch the Galarian Legendary Birds, which itself cannot be unlocked without completing the story event where you catch the Regis.

Which one should be used to scale the characters who fight in the Galarian Star Tournament?

I personally believe Low 6-B or 6-A since Leon and Piers scale to mid tier Masters characters now.

Large Mountain Level: 0

Small Country Level: 1 (theultimate5105)

Multi-Continent Level: 3 (Super Ascended Sean Pazdera, Garchomp777, BrokenStains)

So the Atlantic has a volume of 310,410,900 km^3 and the area is 85,133,000 km^2: https://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/global/etopo1_ocean_volumes.html

Density of ocean water is 1027 kg/m^3: https://www.windows2universe.org/earth/Water/density.html

I'll assume a 1-meter split since that seems like a very fair amount and different ends for 1 minute, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes should suffice.

I'll just use a coastline distance for my split of 111,866 km: https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/resources/the-world-factbook/geos/zh.html

So the general split mass would be (3.104109e+17*1027) to get 3.1879199e+20kg.

High-End

1 min speed end: 111866000m/60s = 1864433.33 m/s

Split mass: 3.1879199e+20kg

KE = (0.5 * 3.1879199e+20kg * (1864433.33 m/s)^2) = 5.54078274 × 10^32 joules / 132.428 Zettatons. Planet level.

Mid-End

5 min speed end: 111866000m/300s = 372886.667 m/s

Split mass: 3.1879199e+20kg

KE = (0.5 * 3.1879199e+20kg * (372886.667 m/s)^2) = 2.21631311 × 10^31 joules / 5.297 Zettatons. Small Planet level.

Low-End

10 min speed end: 111866000m/600s = 186443.333 m/s

Split mass: 3.1879199e+20kg

KE = (0.5 * 3.1879199e+20kg * (186443.333 m/s)^2) = 5.54078274 × 10^30 joules / 1.324 Zettatons. Small Planet level.

Multi-continent is also supported by the anime when Lance's Red Gyarados was able to stalemate Kyogre and Leon's Gmax Charizard beat Lance's Red Gyarados, and the new preview for Journeys shows Urshifu fighting Regice.
Also,
small planet Zacian for cutting an ocean in half kekw
