I understand that much but doesn't her status as a questionable omnipotent automatically put her above High 1-As in verses with true omnipotents or does that logic just not apply?

You're going to have a hard time finding someone who can kill/harm him without dying, even Lucifer and Kindly Ones (who spin the threads of the lives of beings like Dream of the Endless ) wont harm him because of his Mark, it must be a powerful curse if it can deter a 1-A and a High 1-B.MrKingOfNegativity said:

the curse of never being able to leave a specific location would require the battle to start in that location tho. otherwise she would need an ability similar to grayroads chains, who always will teleport you to whatever location he hit you with them.
