Do At Least's count? If so, Twilight in her Alicorn state may be the strongest 6-C, and one of the god tiers in MLP may be the strongest 4-C, though that may be a stretch.

I seriously doubt that anyone in MLP beats Deathsingers or Le Fay. Strongest here isn't in terms of AP, but how easily they win vs battles in general. Try the closest for each tier thread.

What about Twilight for 6-C? She has a lot of hax and other cool abilities, in addition to likely being one of the strongest 6-Cs in terms of AP, if not the strongest.

Also, I see what you mean about the Deathsingers, but I don't see what's so special about Le Fay. Her abilities aren't that out there.

You should probably look at how strong the runners-up for 6-C are before even proposing anyone. Twilight honestly doesn't even make it to Top 15.
