Is Diavolo being used here? If so, Diavolo donuts everyone while Risotto goes invisible and tear all of them apart with razor blades

Jotaro time stops and ORAs most of them to them. Avdol makes Risotto's invisibility worthless. Pol is agile and persise enough to shoot Ghiaccio in his neck hole with his sword before he can activate Gently Weeps.

If speed is unequalised then Hol just shoots them due to having superior speed

Yea, the thing is, SC Stands were.. quite a bit faster than later stands, really. Star Platinum and Silver Chariot are a doozy, Hol Horse has blindingly powerful ranged attacks, Hierophant Green has some good range as well, etc.
Grateful Dead will likely not be useful in a straight fight, Ghaccio gets targeted by PolPol, Illuso's strong but that's about it. Chances are, as the battle starts, half of La Squadra would drop on the spot to gunfire, Emerald Splashes, and Oras. Risotto and Ghaccio could survive, but not for long.

With speed equalized, La Squadra has a chance. Problem is Jotaro's Timestop. But otherwise, Gently Weeps would reflect literally everything, I guess Hol could hinder himself from getting shot if Ghiaccio reflects his bullet. Since the SC have no healer, Ghiaccio could also very well freeze them to death once Avdol is out. If Jotaro tries to punch Ghiaccio even once, it's gg for his arms.
