It changes literally nothing. He still isn't immune or resist his naughtys haxs so the reasons still stand.

The Snatcher has 3 keys, In the Last Two Keys he starts by shooting a laserbeam

Stomp either way. Snatcher starts with danmaku and laser beams and only monologues before a fight, never at the beginning of it, and we base matchups from within the battle itself, I've never seen this sort of reasoning with any character on the wiki before. Snatcher might monologue during his battle but he would've turned Naughty into fine paste by then.
