This is simple as currently Mutant profile in FC/OC is Dwarf Star level and SoL when it should be low 1-C and inmesurable.

The answer to this is actually simple as Terraria (Fargos) has a fourth espacial dimension as seen in the soul of dimensions+ time which would make it 5D

Now for the inmesurable speed:

The mutant is inmune to time stop and on the opposite is able to move in time stop when you can't (as in when you use time stop he does the same over riding yours)
