even if both don't fight directly here (what would be in character) thanks to better tecnology manipulation penguin has better chance of winning trough crashing BB, and also has better combat feat thanks to beingh able to fight with RAT

I guess the only real advantage BB has is the fact he has weapons with the sign and ballon but that's It

Also, It's funny that they are in a maze with no line of sight lol, that mean It will take a while for the battle to actually start(and ballon boy will probable find penguin first sinse he can gofrom his main room to the vents in a single move even trough would take much longer for this to actually happen

Well I feel like Penguin can get the jump on BB due to his enhanced senses and superior stealth mastery. Penguin also has tech mainp but it has never been used on another animatronic before so it might not work on BB. On BB's side he has better type 2 immo from scaling and his balloon, sign, and the fact he has arms will give him an advantage in combat.

Nah, penguin enchanced senses are only dark vision, not really usefull in a place that isn't fully dark, and don't really matter BB having arms sinse penguin has a actuall combat feat beingh able to beat RAT up that is one of the biggest treats of his verse, and don't really matter that BB has better immo type 2 sinse he would still be incapacitated by beingh broken apart

also, if we have both beingh passive in their combat with is in character penguin tech manipulation is still a much better feat then just making a fleshlight not work
