Gumball and Darwin both have 3.25497287523 times the AP, Regeneration and other abilities, and much, much faster speed reactions. Although Gumball and Darwin would normally not kill an opponent, depending on the situation, Gumball can actually go for the kill, as he does for Allan, Tobias and others. Fair to say Gumball and Darwin have a lot more advantages. However, I need someone who also knows Kai better to actually say if these matter, or if it even gets to the point of a stomp

Both Gumball and Darwin have abilities that ignore conventional durability, though they don't use them in character... And if they're bloodlusted they'd probably stomp...
 
Chisaki has no answer to regeneration so he's screwed off the bat

meanwhile Gumbal and Darwin have various abilities that don't rely on physical stats

Gumball and Darwin win imo

Gumball and Darwin also have a lot more AP, making Chisaki have difficulty hurting them
