After the Freddy Rework for Dead by Daylight, Freddy's profile needs changes. However a few of his stats should remain, and his tier should also remain 9-B. But anyway Freddy now has teleportation (Dream Projection), Blood Manipulation? (Dream Palettes, Dream Snares and Dream Projection)

Freddy also has lost some weaknesses like survivors waking up from the hook. And Freddy can now force survivors into the dream world by hitting them during micro sleep.

The Dream Palettes/Snares/Projections should maybe be Illusion Creation and Blood Manipulation?

He can now passively put survivors to sleep, and can be seen by awake survivors if he's within 16m.

Dream Snares can slow people down, maybe Statistics Reduction? And can reveal the location of those affected which would be enhanced senses/extrasensory perception which he already has.

I think that's it.
