The new power/ability we have

Since the Subjective Reality power was added, we have a very clear way to define what happens without Reality Warping. But actually... that's what intrigues me. The power itself is very well explained and the phenomena caused by the same is coherent, but I want to understand the diference between the two of them.

Consider Reality Warping like an effect, advanced Subjective Reality users could have RW by converting few properties of reality into fiction or vice-verse.
